  • Barkerraised $3.5 million to scale its agentic valuation system, transforming illiquid asset valuations into insurance-backed instruments.

  • Pruv Financeraised$3 million to build compliant real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure that enables on-chain distribution of tokenized assets.

  • Mannjalraised ₹17.5 crore (~$1.9 million) in a seed round to scale its lending infrastructure for financial institutions serving underserved entrepreneurs.

  • Renno raised €1 million (~$1.2 million) to tackle cash flow delays in Europe’s €850 billion construction sector, helping contractors get paid faster.

Debt Financing

  • Placet Groupsecureda €12.5 million loan facility via Multitude AG’s wholesale-banking unit to grow its consumer and SME lending operations in Estonia.

Venture Funds

  • Nexus Venture Partners, an Indian VC firm, closed a $700 million fund to back fintech, AI, enterprise software, and consumer startups.

  • Expedition Growth Capitalraised€323 million (~$375 million) for its Fund III to back bootstrapped, high-growth software companies across Europe, and has previously invested in fintech and payments startups.
