🇪🇺 Lender re:cap raised a €125m credit facility from HSBC and Avellinia Capital.
🇬🇧 Revolut is looking to raise new capital at a $65m valuation.
🇬🇧 Insurtech Wrisk raised a £12m Series B from Mundi Ventures, Volution Group, Opera Tech Ventures and QBN Capital.
🌍 Fixed income trading solution Moment raised a $36m Series B.
🌍 Rent rewards provider Bilt raised $250m.
🌍 Accounting solution Nominal raised a $20m Series A.
Challenger Banking 🚀
🇬🇧 Neobank Revolut is still waiting on a licence to launch consumer credit products in the UK. It launched stocks and shares ISA and ETFs.
🇬🇧 Credit building platform Loqbox has integrated its solution with Jaja Finance, a credit card provider.
🇬🇧 Neobank Monzo received a £21m fine for AML failings from the FCA. Wise was also hit with a $4.2m fine from US states for AML deficiencies.
🇬🇧 Wealthtech WealthKernel was acquired by US fintech Alpaca.

🇪🇺BBVA has launched a retail bitcoin and ethereum trading and custody business in Spain.
🇪🇺 The European Securities and Markets Authority is reviewing Malta over its fast-track MiCA authorisations.
🌍 Digital asset custodian Copper has added crypto exchange Coinbase to its off-exchange settlement solution ClearLoop.
🌍 Stablecoin issuer Circle has partnered with exchange OKX to remove fees for USDC conversions.
🌍 Ripple has selected BNY to custody the reserves for its RLUSD stablecoin.
